Core Kitchen is a small, food-based business operating out of Berkshire County, MA. 

Ray was born and raised in Columbia County, NY and Sarita was born in Cali, Colombia and raised in the Berkshires from a young age. Cooking has been an essential part of both of our lives from birth. We come from different backgrounds with common threads. Together, we bring our love of food, years of experience working in restaurants in the area and beyond, and a long history of working with and for many of our local farmers. 

    Our mission is to create delicious, nourishing, and interesting food. Core Kitchen is who we are and it is everything that we do. It is our hearts on a plate. 

      Core Kitchen offers dinners, pop-ups, supper clubs, special events, private dinners, micro-catering, and take-home heat & eat meals. We work with what the land has to offer, in the form of meats and produce from our local farmers as well as what we can forage and harvest ourselves. For now, we operate from wherever we can, bringing our services to you as needed.   In the near future we hope to find a space that we can call our own. We look forward to the day when we can welcome guests to Core Kitchen. Until then - we will continue to bring our offerings to you.
